Applicant's Statement and Acknowledgement

I affirm that the information I have provided is true and that I have not knowingly withheld any fact that would affect my application. Any material misrepresentation, falsification or willful omission shall be sufficient reason for refusal of employment or dismissal after employment.

I authorize Gold Canyon Resort to make inquiries of credit, any criminal record, former employers and other references; and by doing so release all persons from any liability for any damage that may result from providing the information.

I understand that this Application for Employment neither constitutes an offer of employment nor acceptance of an offer of employment by Gold Canyon Resort.

I agree that I will e subject to the policies, practices, rules and regulations of the Company, and that these policies, practices, rules and regulations are subject to change at any time with or without notice. I further agree that my employment, compensation, and benefits can be terminated, with or without reason or cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either the Company or myself. I understand that no supervisor, manager, or representative of the Company has any authority enter into any agreement for employment, written or verbal, for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.

This application will remain on file for one year.
